ERG MES
Introducing MES Metallurgy, an advanced operational control system powered by generative AI. This cutting-edge system is designed to enhance production control in smelting operations by providing real-time assessments based on over 7,000 primary parameters, many of which are automatically gathered.
Key Features:
● Real-Time Monitoring: Immediate insights into production conditions.
● AI Digital Assistant: MES Alina—an intelligent assistant that simplifies navigation within the MES system. MES Alina can open screens, generate reports, and retrieve equipment data upon request.
● Current Deployment: Available for employees at Aktobe Ferroalloy Plant.

qollab Platform
The qollab application serves 60,000 ERG employees, offering a unified digital workspace. It integrates a corporate portal, production and office task management, an internal social network, and a personal dashboard. Additionally, qollab features the ERG loyalty system, where employees earn ERG Coins to redeem for prizes, training certificates, and more.
